CodeWarrior is an IDE by Metrowerks that runs on Microsoft Windows platforms. A Linux version was available at one point but was abandoned for unclear reasons - the application can run under the WINE Windows emulator but this method is not very reliable.

Though this popular package is convenient to use and equipped with useful debugging facilities and an emulator, the product is costly, not cross-platform and cannot be used to debug libraries.
